Located in an upcoming residential neighbourhood of Bangkok with the Brown-Line skytrain project being commenced, Chewathai Kaset-Nawamin High-Rise Condominium, is shaped by the concept of 'vertical flow'.

The 25-storey high-rise features a series of sky pocket gardens punctuated
intermittently into the mass of the tower, allowing natural wind to flow through the otherwise massive block of the residential tower. The morphology of the building is metaphorically the outcome of the natural wind breezing all around and through the forms of the podium and the tower. The horizontal lines and rounded shapes on the entire building appear as if they were the result of the wind flows that leave their marks, resembling a curved form of a cliff shaped by the processes of weathering for many years.

Rather than having a separate form of a cantilevered canopy, the front facade of the podium is pushed back to create a concave space, hovering above the drop-off area, cascading down to human scale and making a full sense of welcoming.

The communal facilities, including a sky infinity-edge pool, a fitness, a library, a co-learning and co-working hub, are placed on the top floor, enjoying the clear panoramic view of a more tranquil zone of Bangkok and the skyline of CBD beyond.
